Land, Buildings and Real Estate (LBRE) is looking for an Associate Planner to join our team of Professionals in Logistics. This person will be responsible for supporting multiple groups, beginning with Maintenance Group. Under general supervision of the Work Support Manager performs specialized, complex and administrative duties requiring the exercise of independent judgment.

Associate Planner is responsible for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) database integrity used for the planning of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, routes and respective work orders. Supporting the PMQA Analyst on the multiple assignments presented to the group for PM/EAM work. The position will also be responsible for implementation of new equipment and customers into EAM for equipment maintained by the Facility Maintenance shops. Along with the PMQA Analyst and shop management support, this position is responsible for the updates and optimization of the PM process within Operations.
Support the Logistics Planner Scheduler with processing Project Estimates. Other duties also include data entry of follow-up work orders as well as arrange informal meetings to provide feedback of backlogged work from the shops.
Office duties include monitoring the accuracy of the PM database, reporting, PM work order generation, and data input. Field duties may include information gathering and updating, new equipment write-up, equipment verification, note taking, and mechanic feedback.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting system upgrades, updating functional/procedural documentation and performing back-up responsibilities for the other planner in the department when applicable.
Representing LBRE at meetings, working closely with MPC/Supervisor/Admins/Coordinators, application training for new users and communication to both maintenance and other customers regarding system related issues.
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Oracle eAM
General knowledge and use of MS Word and Excel
General understanding of building components and maintenance
Ability to communicate in English within all levels of management
EDUCATION
High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent – REQUIRED
Four-year college degree or equivalent – DESIRED
